Our luxurious country house is built in the middle of an overgrown property with vineyards, olive trees, many fruit trees and flowers. The distance from the road ensures absolute peace, tranquility and privacy. The village of Agios Kirykos, in which the estate is located, is famous for its vineyards and olive groves, as well as the whole area where the most famous wineries of the island are located. There you can buy the finest wine bottles.

 The estate itself has a rich history, over the past 200 years, of local grape variety production from which some of the most delicious Zakynthian wines are still made in traditional ways. In our village our national poet, Dionysios Solomos - who is one of the most important poets in the world - inspired some of his most famous erotic poems. The environment in the estate is idyllic, the view to the surroundings simply wonderful and the climate very friendly to the visitor. The Mediterranean nature in the estate shows its most affectionate face as if it is eager only to delight the traveler.

Anastasia luxurious villa is situated in a plot area of 8000sqm.

The architecture of the villa is fully in line with that of the traditional, manor houses of noblemen of the past centuries, enriched with all the modern comforts. The villa is newly built, fully renovated, furnished with new modern furniture and air-conditioned with the most modern equipment.

This luxurious villa is spread in three levels, consisting in total of 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, with capacity up to 14 guests, offers a great variety of facilities and plenty of entertainment choices.

The villa has its own independent, gorgeous infinity 120sqm pool with open-air hydro-massage. Next to the pool a large roofed BBQ is built, with dining tables for 14 persons.

The main entrance of the villa leads to the 60sqm living room with fireplace and a luxurious dining table. The 5 door-windows offer great views to the pool and the vineyard. At the ground floor, next to the pool, are also situated a fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and three more bedrooms - one with double bed, a children's room with two beds and the other single - with their own large bathroom. On the first floor you can find the master bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom and two more double bedrooms (one with double bed and the other with two single beds), all with their own large balconies offering wonderful view not only of the estate but of the whole central area of the island.

The tennis court awaits you to enjoy endless hours of carefree play. Children can play on the lawn among the olives, try fruit from our hedges and explore our vegetable garden with our organic vegetables. A bicycle and jogging path 800m long leads you through the whole vineyard.

Also, you do not have to worry about parking places as they are abundant.

The estate is situated at a 10-20 minutes distance by car from some of the most popular beaches of the island.

At a smaller than 10km distance from the villa, the island has to offer a variety of fantastic, recreational activities, such us water sports, boat trips to neighboring small islands, scuba diving, fishing, horse riding, mountain bike, hiking, music concerts and open-air theater shows.
